At the MultiFocus headquarters we have two independent structures for holding focus groups or in-depth interviews, each one equipped with:

Reception room

Group room with one-way mirror, audio and NTSC DVD video recording equipment

Observation room with room for 10 clients equipped with:

• Headsets
• Sound system with the individual option of listening in Portuguese or a second language
• Telephone line
• Computer with high speed internet access
• Wireless

Independent audio and video recording equipment for Portuguese or a second language

Simultaneous interpretation equipment with the option of having the interpreter inside or outside the observation room

Web Streaming for transmitting the groups in real time via Internet
