 e- Interactive is an online interactive tool administrated by MultiFocus that enables the creation of a restrict virtual environment. The technology permits a qualitative interaction with consumers for a longer period than in a traditional offline research. The methodology consists in the creation of an online diary with tasks that aim to understand participants’ life without the interference of a researcher. Some of the activities include the upload of photos and videos at the e-interactive, illustrating participants’ routine and their relation with products and brands. Research Objectives
  • To spontaneously capture individual opinions, sensations and experiences
  • To share different consumers’ experiences and opinions in a debate forum
  • To illustrate attitudes, behaviors and opinions with visual material collected by consumers in day-to-day situations
  • To track a target’s daily routine, interacting with him/her virtually during a determined period of time

  • Opinions and reflections about a particular subject based on personal experiences
Data collection:

Online interactive tool administrated by MultiFocus. Participants receive login and password for creating their own virtual environment. Clients also receive a password to observe what is going on online.
